Sheewws

I go to a Catholic private school in a small suburb in rural New England, my budget and accessibility for the fashion I crave is modest to say the least. With the little money I do have, practical purchases have become a habit of mine. The last pair of shoes that I bought was probably a month ago,
and i have probably worn them six days a week since. How ever cute they may be, they are not what I truly fantasize about. Gaga (I know I know i'm biased because I am a HUGE fan) is my shoe idol. The talent that woman has in wearing shoes is mindblowing so I thought I would pay a tribute to her achievements in the walking industry...

the famous armani prive heels she wore at the 2010 Grammys, i'm drooling...
RIP Alexander McQueen, these were part of the fabulous art instillation that was McQueen in her Bad Romance Video (Which if you haven't already seen is the epitome of high fashion and music in one five minute video, watch it here)
Anyone not living under a rock has heard of her meat dress, but take a look at the meat shoes... i don't eat meat but this is fashion to the extreme. I'm pretty sure it's just meat wrapped around her usual go-go boots, but either way my jaw dropped to the floor. And in case you were curious, the meat was a special kind found from a local butcher that did not leave any residue and did not smell.
ummmmmm how? That sums up my response to these shoes (after a small fashion orgasm). Gaga is notorious for wearing these around, I can recollect at least four pairs that i've seen; my favorite being the ones covered in studs on the heel. Gaga discovered these in Japan from a 25 year old designer, Noritaka Tatehana. Some of his other pieces look like this:
then there's these....
these are her custom Armani shoes that match the mesmerizing metal dress that she wears during the finale of her concert, The Monster Ball. What really drives me insane with these shoes is the fact that at a show in Paris on December 21, Gaga tossed her shoes to the audience as a "dancer's tradition". Awww gaga I love you anyway. Take a look below:
hmmmm quite a difference from the first picture of my new shoes huh?? Ok well that's enough for today, I am going to bed.
